Near the pretty town of Chipping Sodbury, this cosy cottage is a barn conversion on a working farm. There are several country pubs nearby and the beautiful Roman city of Bath is just 12 miles away. The hosts live in the main house next door and are on hand for any questions.

This spacious cottage consists of a double bedroom with an ensuite, an accessible twin bedroom with a wet room and a large open plan kitchen/dining room/living room.

There is a large step to access the cottage however the host has provided a portable suitcase ramp. There are slight threshold ramped inclines between the rooms which may be an issue for some wheelchair users. Located at the upper end of the property are a few steps leading to the double bedroom. This room is not wheelchair accessible.

The accessible twin bedroom is at the opposite end of the property, down a slightly sloped room divider. It is a small sized room, a bit cluttered with furniture which includes a dressing table, twin beds and a wardrobe. The twin beds have hoist space underneath. Space is limited here and wheelchair users will struggle to access the entire room.

The accessible wet room is extremely spacious. The toilet has a folding handrail and is suitable for a left-hand transfer. There is also a small gap on the right hand side of the toilet. The wet room is large, however there is a square sill around the shower area which can make it difficult to access when using the hoist.

Situated between the bedrooms is a large open plan living space which has sofas, a television and a fully equipped kitchen with everything that may be needed. This area is spacious and it is easy to roll around here.

There is also an enclosed garden with seating, which is ideal (weather permitting!). On site, there is secure parking on flat ground for several cars and this area is secured by a manual gate.
